Return Policy

At CmfyCove, we want you to love every purchase you make in one of our stores. If for any reason that’s not the case, we're here to help you return your items for a full refund (if eligible). Here's how our return policy works:

Easy returns: You have a full 30 days from the date of purchase to bring back any items that have been damaged or have defects. Just make sure they're in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging (including bar code labels) to get a refund.

A Few Things to Know

• Small fee for mail returns: Returning your items by mail? We'll provide a prepaid return label, and a flat return fee of $9.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover shipping costs.
• The non-returnables Some items such as opened or custom orders are non-refundable.
• Refunds made simple: We'll refund the amount to your original method of payment (amount actually paid for the merchandise), minus any shipping and handling charges, as those are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, of course ).
